The board of directors of Geveran Trading Co. Ltd ("Geveran") has pursuant to section 4-25 of the Norwegian Public Limited Companies Act and section 6-22 of the Securities Trading Act, resolved to carry out a compulsory acquisition of all outstanding shares in Aktiv Kapital not already owned by Geveran, with effect from Thursday 5 July 2012.
Aktiv Kapital ASA held its Annual General Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday 23 May 2012 at the company’s offices at Christian Krohgs gate 16, Oslo.
Increased investments and solid collection performance driving growth.
During the last years Aktiv Kapital has focused on building a unique customer centric collection approach and improved operational efficiencies by fine tuning workflows and collection channels.
