h2>dragonfly finally got back to this experiment. things has taken new turns as schaller came out with da vinci tuners....perfect for the fly....chris kinman got inspired with the airy look, and came up with a clear cover with possibility for an thin colored inlay, for his p-90....here we did a wood purpleheart inlay. now I'll have to check position for the fishman piezo bridge before the last few steps. it will have a pickup selector and powerchip in the engineroom...
h2>eruption guitar body heat treated oak, neck flamed maple, machines & tremelo schaller vintage, pickups kinman HX paf+ & paf astound. pickup mounts and jack insert pp-guitars. finish truoil. no filler used, so the guitar looks and feels like shiny driftwood
doublestack volume pots, 1tone w/pushpull to singlecoil setting, usual toggleswitch.
sounds amazing, very fat rich tone.
h2>dragonfly the lower part of the body are done, and are glued on to the guitar neck.
h2>Reinau deluxe pp-guitar built walnut/flamed maple with gold grill cloth. Amp built by Lars Reinau, being his version of a super upgraded 5E3
h2>Great Sound This amp are now fitted with a Weber Grey Wolf 50W speaker, and sounds amazing

h2>manta bass and guitar The Walnut version of the Manta Bass and 6 string are now ready for fretting before the necks will be glued in. We decided to change the deco to some extremely elaborate, instead of the Mahogany pommelé, we managed to get hold of rare Arctic Mazur Birch, which gives the contrast we want.
The backlids will be made of Walnut. The electronic cavity lids are the exact piece from the body, and a support piece is routed to be installed from top, before the topdeco is glued in.

/h2> the neck has been routed out. now it only needs the finish pass with a ballnose mill. the black stripes are the 2x carbon cloth that has been glued between the maple.

/h2> the front of the body has been made and it can now be turned over so that the slot for the neck can be made. the body is made by two wallnut pieces glued together in center. we are using our vacuum table for this operation.
h2>homemade inserts glued into the body of the manta. we will make this detail on the bass as well.
