Dragon Base Power Technologies Ltd. and Bioener’s parent company Takuma Co. Ltd. on 14 th September 2009 signed the final agreement for the business transfer of Bioener’s business activities including current sales opportunities to Dragon Base Power’s European subsidiary DP Clean Tech Europe A/S. This final agreement was completed on 25 th of September 2009 and Bioener’s business and employees have now been fully integrated into ;DP Cleantech Europe’s organisation. ; ; DP Clean Tech is a well-known player within the boiler business and has worldwide boiler manufacturing facilities, engineering, erection and installation capabilities, as well as a comprehensive boiler servicing organisation at its disposal. The acquisition of Bioener will further strengthen DP Clean Tech’s position as one of the world’s largest suppliers of biomass fired boilers. ; With the new set-up we are able to service our clients from project identification, throughout the entire bio-energy supply chain, and to provide support with technical services during the plants’ lifetime. ; DP Clean Tech has its main premises in Tønder, Denmark, and has furthermore a branch office in Esbjerg.
